Estate agent CV example (property practitioner)
Agencies hire agents who can list and sell. Show your PPRA status clearly, then your mandates, sales and the area you know.
Put your PPRA status near the top
Principals check this first. Make it easy to find:
- Status: candidate property practitioner, or full status (non-principal or principal).
- Fidelity Fund Certificate: say it's valid for the current year.
- Qualification: the NQF level 4 real estate qualification (completed, or in progress with the expected date).
- Professional designation exam: passed (with the year), or when you plan to write it.
Rules and requirements are set by the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and can change. Check the current requirements with the PPRA or your principal.
