Mr Sales CV is a South African online service that does one thing: CVs for sales people.

Why it exists

Good sales people get passed over every day because their CV lists duties instead of results. Sales managers and recruiters read a CV for a few seconds, looking for targets hit, rankings, growth and new business. Most CV templates don't ask for any of that, so it never makes it onto the page.

Mr Sales CV was built on what South African sales managers and recruiters look for when they hire sales people. It asks for your numbers first, industry by industry, and writes them where a recruiter looks first.

How we write our guides

Our guides and examples are written by the Mr Sales CV team for South African jobs. The example CV lines use made-up names and figures to show the format. Where we state a fact or a rule (for example about qualifications or registrations), we check it against official or reputable sources and say where requirements can change.

Your information
