What you get
An online tool that turns your answers into a sales CV. You can preview your whole CV free before you pay. A once-off payment of R250 unlocks the full CV so you can edit it and download it as a PDF and an editable Word document. One payment covers one person's CV: you can change it and download it again as often as you like, but a CV for someone else needs its own payment. There are no subscriptions or repeat charges.
Cover letter (optional): a one-page cover letter written from the same answers. Add it when you pay for R50 (R300 for the CV and cover letter together), or buy it later for R50 once your CV is paid. It unlocks on the same device and you can change and download it as often as you like. All prices include any taxes, and there are no other fees.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Yoco (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) or, where offered, by Payfast (Instant EFT, Capitec Pay, SnapScan, Zapper and other methods). We never see your card or bank details. Your download unlocks on the device and browser you paid on. After paying you'll see an order code under the download buttons. Keep it, and keep your downloaded files safe: if you clear your browser data or switch device, contact us with your order code (or the date and time you paid) and we'll help.
Refunds
No refunds are offered once your CV or cover letter has been downloaded.
You see your whole CV before you pay, so please check it first. Your CV is personalised to your answers and delivered straight away at your request, so the 7-day cooling-off right in the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act does not apply to it.
If something goes wrong on our side, for example you paid but your CV didn't unlock, or you were charged twice, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
Your CV and your information
- Everything on your CV comes from your answers. Please make sure it's true and accurate: you're responsible for what your CV says.
- Your CV belongs to you. Use it however you like.
- We help you present your experience well, but we can't promise interviews or a job offer.
- How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short, your CV and personal details stay on your device. We only receive anonymous information about which options people choose, and the feedback you decide to send.
Reviews
Customers who have paid can leave a review. We never pay or reward anyone for a review. If you tick the box allowing it, we may show your review with your first name, job title and town on our website. We publish all genuine reviews, good or bad. We only leave out reviews with offensive language, someone else's personal details, or anything unlawful. Ask us at any time and we'll remove yours.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the site running and the CVs accurate to your answers. If something goes wrong on our side, the most we'll be responsible for is the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to payments made while it is shown. These terms are governed by South African law.
